As you can see from the SC4 picture, I can\'t run it. It really, really hates modern systems...

Runs well on my system. Do you have an ATI card? You just have to disable 'buffering' and it works fine. ATI never put a buffering memory/chip/code in their hardware. Makes shadows ugly on new games and old games need it disabled. (No idea why though, as it can still be programed fine without the chip/code, as FarCry/Crysis and every other game that WORKS on ATI cards proves)

Sim City 4 runs really fast too on modern systems, cranked up to HD it\'s amazing

SimCity 4 with the Rush Hour pack is probably the best game I\'ve ever played.

It is seriously a time machine:

Wake up, turn on computer, fire up SC4, play SC4, get hungry, shut down SC4 and find 4 days worth of facial hair growth and an email from an English professor wondering if you\'re still alive (I was younger then, and obviously at University).

I have an Nvidia card. It always displays huge graphical errors like that, and runs at a very low FPS... Other games are fine, though. Maybe it\'s because my system is 64 bit?
