What's your luckiest moment?

While building a station in Duna orbit I screwed up my Kerbin-Duna transfer and ended up with a clockwise orbit around Duna. No way I would be able to rendezvous to my station that way. I knew I had enough dV left to circularize but wasn't sure if I could also reverse my orbit.

Instead of giving up I went for a 'Hail Mary' and see how far I would get. During the burn I got a very lucky Ike encounter. The sling shot around Ike completely reversed my orbit back to counter clockwise with plenty of fuel left to circularize and rendezvous.

I was docking a crew transfer module to a station and decoupled some parts from a stage, whilst moving toward the station at around 50 m/s. The decoupled stage went about 20 meters under the station, and just missed its solar arrays.
