0.22 Development Book of Jeb

Premise

After so many trips into space, the brave Jebediah decided to sit down and write an autobiography, the result was 'The book of Jeb'. This book had many helpful bits of information about orbital resonances in an appendix. This plugin makes it convenient to get this orbital data.

Indeed! Although you can't get this sort of information else where at the moment, that I'm aware of other than via direct computation - although the maths is relatively simple, and the formulas needed are readily available.
