As said everywhere, it's not released so unless you are part of squad or a tester or part of their media group, you can't have it yet, which is good because it's not finished.

Well, doing some digging, I have discovered a pattern. The media group gets it 1 week before release. Unless a fairly major bug comes up in the next few days that requires the release to be delayed to fix, .22 will be out with about 90% certainty this Sunday.

It's done when its done. Though a heads up of sorts would be nice. Once squad is ready to release it THEN give us a date. I wipe my slate clean with a fresh install every update. I don't want to have to do that in the middle of a mission. But I guess its safe to say I should stop construction of my Duna base and get everyone home before the update. Damn.. Bob just landed with the rover. He's gonna be pissed >.<
