Rocket keeps gitching out on launch pad (0.22)

Every time I try to build a rocket in .22 career, even a basic RT-10 SRB with a command pod on top, the rocket jumps in the air and falls over. Right as the physics kicks in, making it impossible to launch.

EDIT, I found the problem, it was the command pod, I had to reinstall the game and it worked

Well, I never make threads in forums....

I found out the rocket is clipping though the very top of the launch pad, then it kicks the rocket out......all I want is to play career mode

This happens with every rocket I make.
