Im having issues with running out of electric all the time, unlocked 2 trees how do I deal with this ?

You should be able to unlock extra batteries very soon. You won't get a hold of any particularly helpful methods of replenishing the electricity until a bit further in the tree though so it's best to just use a lot of batteries to start with. 12 of the small ones will get you to Minmus, 16 will take you there and to the mun first. A trip to either of them for science should net you enough points to bump you up in the tree to the point of some decent solar panels.

Most engines generate power while they run - so transmit during burns. Manoeuvring and transmitting burn power, so be very light on the controls, do not let SAS run for a long period on a large ship, and be very careful when it comes to sending data home.

You should be able to get enough science on and around Kerbin to unlock solar panels. You can get 29.9 just by sending a command pod to the launchpad and taking a crew report, EVA report of the launchpad, KSC and 'flying over kerbin's shores' (IE, standing on the command pod ladder), and take samples of the launchpad and KSC itself. The runway may or may not supply more science, I cba walking that far and I haven't done any spaceplanes yet.

Next up .. polar orbiter, be patient and get EVA reports over all of Kerbin's biomes. Take some goo canisters along, they don't react to biomes but you have launchpad, lower atmosphere, upper atmosphere and space.

That should get you enough to get you to at least the basic solar panel. If not, a munar flyby should do the trick.

As you can see, the Boundary between Low Kerbin Orbit and High Kerbin Orbit, at least for the purposes of Science, is 250km. After that height, my EVA and Crew Reports wouldn't distinguish between biomes. Therefore, if you plan to have sattelites that are orbitting doing science, they should be below 250km.

Also, but I forgot to document, the lower Boundary of space seems to be at around 40km!

I noticed you can do crew reports on unmanned craft, as long as you got the command pod.

I wanted to rescue Jebediah who was stranded on mun after his craft fell over during landing.

So I added a satellite core on top of the rocket, emptied the cockpit and sent it to mun. I was able to send crew reports form the cockpit, even though no-one was there.

This might come in handy on early level long range unmanned planet research.

This might actually be a bug though.
