Where do you get Forum Badges

I'm guessing the badges bellow peoples signatures show what it is that people have done in KSP but I have no clue how to get them... anyone know how?

They don't come from the forum, and they're called ribbons.

If you're talking about mission ribbons there is a post about it. There is a search bar up in the upper corner, enter "mission ribbons" and it should bring up some relevant posts for you to find them. There is a site generator that some people's signatures will link to so you can generate your own.

Its pretty much on the honor system, you just tell the site what you've accomplished and it will generate a ribbon rack.
