Transferring soil samples and EVA reports?

So, has anyone already tested if it is possible to transfer soil samples and EVA crew reports from one (docked) craft to the other?

(just like you are able to transfer fuel between docked crafts)

Seems to be a rather important function if we want to do Apollo style munar landings (i.e. with spacecraft and lander as separate entities) in career mode
