What do you think of the new Communotron 88-88 design?

The old one looked ridiculous in it's 'stowed' position, poking out the side of your craft like a pokey thing.

The new one is FAR better! So what if it won't fit on a 1.25m part? If you've got a smaller craft, try a smaller antenna.

I liked the old one when deployed but it was terrible stowed, the new one is pretty cool tho.

The old dish looked as though it would crumple in an instant in atmospheric flight. The new one looks like it could easily take an aerobraking or two when stowed, and is beautiful opened up.
