You know how Minecraft uses names to promote their updates i.e. The Adventure Update, here are the names for the KSP updates.

0.18 The Docking Update

0.19 The Rover Update

0.20 The Flag Update

I wouldn't call 0.20 the flag update though. More the "PSystem" update.

i would call the 0.19 the reentry effects update

on a side note it would be appropriate for the 0.23 update to fix/update all the small things that need fixing updating and be released in say a month and then proceed to more game changing updates
