These are just some remarks I want to submit:

- there should be a key to immediately reset time warp (like with thrust)

- flags should not be considered as "flights in progress"

- only if possible, could you develop an external support which extra science data can be stored in? (which we can unlock at the very end of career)

this will wake the kraken and increase the chance for the rocket to explode.

I think flights is a wrong use of words from Squad

Should be easily moddable using the ModuleScienceContainer module. If only we could transfer reports from one container to another (it has been suggested too)

That would be landing the data back to Kerbin while keeping the science ship in orbit. (I guess)

indeed! if I want to put into orbit a cool space station (could not be around Kerbin) to collect science data, I can't keep loosing points with radio transmissions!
