(This means at 70 parts less(cubic struts) for my small rocket.)

I don't think they fixed the underlying Unity heat transfer maximum distance bug, they just decreased the heat generation of the Mainsail from 500 to 400. Effectively the same end result though, so successful workaround.

Well... I guess the Nervas "have to" overheat a little because they are superheating the propellant in it before they ignite it.

It is just an assumption and it would look odd if they didnt get a little warm
