A problem with radial attachment

Firstly, I'm quite new to the forum, so tell me if I put this in the wrong place. Anyways, lets get on topic.

After the 0.22 release, I've been having some trouble with radial attatchment. Whenever I add symmentry to something that I want to attach radially, instead of making a ring around it horizontally, it makes a vertical ring (pointing downwards).

This is very frustrating. Anyone else who has this problem and/or knows how to fix it? Restarting wont work.

Also, I am using a mod that makes it so you can hae x50 symmentry, and also change to the spaceplane hangar symmentry mode.

I guess the problem may be with the mod you are using. Was it updated for 0.22?
