Science value, data value, science points, now I'm confused

Let me (try to) list those numbers

Scientific value: when you are doing experiment, the number left to transmit button, this number decrease as you repeat experiment

Data value: you can only see this with return mission. It's obviously the science point you get = data size * data value

Science point: the science point you actually get, you see this in return summary or transmit result

Base value: a parameter mentioned in the wiki , I don't know what it is.

Data scale: mentioned in the wiki too, don't know what it means either.

I was clear, but confused now.

Situation is, when I did a gravity scan at outer space of mun pole, the report window shows that I got 180 scientific value, I transmit it (60% efficiency), but the result said I get 36 science point. I expected 108 points, I'm 100% sure this is the first time I transmit it, I don't understand why I get only 36 points.
