Intake that stores air

Just 2 interesting Ideas:

I noticed in the builder and in the piece files that you can create intakes that store oxygen?

It would be cool if I could build a space plane that sorta works in space. (this idea is kinda silly but it'd be pretty cool )

ALSO it would be cool to make eve's oceans made of some form of rocket fuel so you can fill up your engines again with a piece. (I heard a joke that eve's oceans where made of rocket fuel but they should actually be!)

Kethane mod works for fueling. Not in career mode yet but for sandbox mode.
