Javster
There is a mod for it, but it is buggy and the parts aren't researched in the VAB/SPH
Strikerklm96
Just edit your persistence file with however many science points you need for the tree if you really cant be bothered.I don't think you understand the OP.He is saying that AFTER you have paid for a node and then install a mod with parts in that node, you then have to go through and click each node like that to have access to the parts in that node. Although I agree with OP, however, once they implement money, that button would become useless anyway, so I doubt they will add that.

blackice504
I can't believe how many little trolls said this is only a mod problem "most likely they don't use mods"But even if you do or don't this is a valid point we have kids and adults that suffer from RSI and making all those clicks is really bad, Especially when you have to redoo all your tree. "even with stock parts there is allot there"the tree can come undone for many reasons, but the biggest thing right now is KSP is not a final product is constantly been updated and changed and parts can be added or deleted ect, thus the tech tree can change, or the tech tree it self gets updated or changed and in that case you would have to re click everything on that tree.I think with all that in mind Squad should maybe think about that feature. "after all it would not be much code to do it", The plus side it can help stop RSI.
undercoveryankee
If you're installing any mods, go ahead and install Research Them All. The early bugs in it that were mentioned the first time it was brought up on this thread have been fixed.I suspect Squad is more interested in preventing the stock game from presenting a bulk-unlock situation rather than providing a button, but it wouldn't hurt to make the button stock because the game isn't perfect.
