Minmus landing. My first landing anywhere.

I am a very new player to KSP. Started up just a before the roll out of .22. Up till now just done some orbiting and docking. Now with career mode and having some of my tech tree filled I figured it was time to have Jeb take his first steps.

Simple mission. Land on Minmus and gather what science that could be had. Put together my first lander and went from there. Only two mods installed are Kerbal Engineer. for the Delta-v numbers and Chatterer.

Here is just a few grabs from the mission.

Jeb says any landing you can walk away from is a good one!! One of the little oops from testing.

The flag is planted! Jeb is enjoying his first steps on a different world.

Transfer back to Kerbin

Had a good smooth re-entry and splashdown.

Next mission in the works is the Mun.
