*Inspired by

this thread. It\'s about time to make something like this...

This is the complete Launch Vehicle Database for FLX Industries. 8)

(currently WIP)

ROCKETS (13)

SatLayerXpress and SatLayerXpressLite

Budget Launch Vehicle. My entry for R.R.D.K.Q.C Construction and Design Challenge. Used to haul payloads in LKO/MKO (and Possibly, KTO).

screenshot37.png

SatLayerXpress Lite makes launches much cheaper by shaving off 2 aero decouplers and 2 tanks, substituting 4 fuel lines for affordability and better performance.

Halcyon SOLV

Small Orbital Launch Vehicle. A decent hauler, altough slightly less range than the SatLayerXpress. Active Service.

screenshot36.png

Epikon II and Epikon M

The latest of my Epikon Rocket Family. My former flagship lifter. All-around launcher, and can be used at various missions with range varying from LKO to Kerbol Escapade (although Kerbol escapade wasn\'t tested.. yet.) Currently at a Limited Active Service.

Has been used in a number of documented (filmed) missions, also.

Videos:

Epikon M was a variant of Epikon II, specially modified for various Munar missions. The only major difference is the strap-on SRBs, replacing 8 Globe V-Ls with 2 TiberDyne JF-1750 SRBs. Limited Active Service.

Oh, and it looks like Titan IV if it had its PLF shroud on.

Hoag I and Hoag II

Hoag I is a minimalistic budget heavy lifter developed by FLX Industries, with range varying from MKO to Kerbin Escape Velocity (Kerbol Escapade was considered, but not yet executed). Powered by 7 M-50 LFEs, it\'s capable of escaping Kerbin with only the base stage (depending on the payload).

screenshot1-2.png

Hoag II is basically a stretched Hoag I, with an additional FL-T3000 LFT to make it a pure Direct Ascent, SSTE Launch Vehicle, while retaining the minimalistic approach into it.

screenshot3-1.png

Both are in Limited Active Service.

Delta IV Medium and Delta IV Heavy

After learning a few trick from the Humans in a faraway galaxy, the Kerbals adopted and used their designs for some heavy-lifting spree after finding them effective and kerbal enough.

The medium variant has six strap-on SRBs in it, for orbital, sub-orbital, and geostationary lifting.

screenshot38.png

The heavy variant has 2 strap-on First stage LFTs and LFEs with the new fuel-crossfeed technology, thus increasing its range and payloading capabilities.

screenshot25.png

Both are in Active Service.

SLS and SLS-ELC

NASA\'s upcoming heavy lifters are now also a part of FLX Industries Rocket Arsenal after a number of coordinations, lawsuits, and negotiations with the original Developers from a faraway galaxy.

A Kerbalized Rocket, the SLS has a first stage packed with enough lifting power to toss the upper stages into a stable Kerbol Orbit and push the command module into escape trajectory with the remaining stages.

KSP2011-12-2522-04-20-79.jpg

SLS-ELC, with an additional stage and large cargo room, can lift huge payloads (Space Stations, Landers, etc) into various destinations ranging from HKO and TMI to Kerbol Escape Velocity.

screenshot8-1.png

Both are in Active Service.

Bahamut SHLV

The FLX Bahamut is the largest, heaviest, and most powerful launch vehicle developed by (and currently the flagship rocket of) FLX Industries at this moment, primarily used to lift Space Stations and Orbital Facilities of varying sizes in different destinations. Powered by 35 M-50 LFEs, it can lift a huge or heavy (or both) payload into a considerable parking altitude, then to be post-boosted by the remaining stages into its destination. Active Service.

Also, full throttling the first stage is not recommended unless you want everything to go all-out kerbal.

Omnitron SHLV

A huge all-liquid heavy-lift rocket, primarily used for piggyback/shuttle-style lifting. Currently has two variants.

Omnitron-X (Xeldarius Orbiter on-board)

Omnitron-C (modified for cargo hauling)

SPACEPLANES (3)

FLX Ectopius

An average spaceplane with decent handling, to be used as my shuttle once I\'ve figured out how to make one.

screenshot0-1.png

FLX Filth

A light bomber aircraft, capable of carrying 11 bombs at once (limited to 7 for safety reasons). Looks menacing, but has a poor handling.

Video:

Xeldarius

My first successful orbiter plane, aerodynamic enough to glide while landing.

LANDERS (3)

Disaster MK.II

My very first lander concept. Scrapped due to its very poor record.

Videos:

Disaster MK.III

A complete design overhaul. The lander that first successfully touched down on the Munar surface.

Umbra

My next generation lander, to be used in future munshots.

The Bahamut is insane. How did that not fall to pieces on the pad?!

A very nice collection of rockets :D

Just recently mastered the magic of struts. It was awesome.

Thanks anyways :D

Sorry man... I\'ve just nuked all of my saved files before...

Will redo all of them. They\'re not that hard to recreate anyways :D
