is the kerbal x able to return from the mun?

one day i tested it (sent it into lko) and it used half of the fuel from the second stage. im afraid i cant get back from the mun. does it hv enough fuel to do so?

btw how should i upgrade it?

The entire rocket can get back from the mun, yes. The rocket can't launch, get to the Mun, and return by itself, no. At least with anything less than the Manley level of skill....

It might be possible to get to Minmus and return with it.

Edit: yes, Minmus is definitely possible. Just got back from it with 120 fuel units left. But you may need to be a bit more efficient when getting into Kerbin orbit, I had more than 3/4 of last stage fuel left there.

It might be possible to get to Minmus and return with it.

I can confirm that Kerbal X can do a full Minmus mission, I did one a while back when this same topic was discussed.
