IT degree, not much of a 'scientist' but i do get a lab coat :)

You are a lucky fellow, I\'m majoring in physics and I had to wait until the first masters\' year to get a lab coat! 8)

Some had it even better, though: back in my teenage years, the friends in chemistry trade school got lab coats at 15. They also got to blow up stuff with elemental sodium and such. Lucky bastards.

Chemistry student...

I specialise in physical chemistry - that could be handy for creating some life support systems and materials production plants in inteprplanetary missions...

And I just love physics, too. Especially astrophysics and other space related things

BS in computer science, pursuing my MSCS and a grad certificate in artificial intelligence.

Never allow scripting in .cfgs, or the automated ICBMs will flyyyyy...

Damn. They\'re onto us...

I\'m a Computer Technology Engineer... I made my specialty in IA & Computer Graphics and I love Video Game Programming!! xD

*Sigh* If only I could do the graphics... And yes, up with Video Game Programming.

Although you probably have a little bit more experience than me...

Oh, trust me. If they ever give us scripting with access to current altitude, orientation, and vertical/horizontal velocities...I forsee not only automated docking, but automated anti-satellite missiles.

The possibilities are endless. And delicious.

I am currently a Junior HS and I have a question for all the engineers out there:

1. What types of engineering is holding up in this job market

2. Work load it takes to get there

3. Best schools

A little about myself, I am a currently a Junior in HS who is honors student in science (would be math also but I can\'t stand the teacher), I am bright kid and I like aeronautics, cars, gaming, history, politics, and computers. Any suggestions for degrees?
