situation-dependant experiments

hi!

As the tittle suggest, my suggestion is about situation-dependant experiment.

Right now, the game only take in account your position:making an experiment when flying in the upper atmosphere of kerbin will give the same result as making the same experiment when reentering on Kerbin.

I think the game should take in account the situation: in example,you should ave different result during reentry,when the air is (very) hot decelerating fast, and during launch,when the air is cold and you are not experiencing a lot of acceleration.

What do you think about that?
