Help making a kerbal sounding voice.

So, i'm planning out an animation (that makes 7 in total in the planning process)

And I was thinking of making the voices sound like they do in the official videos.

So this is the plan.

1. translate all lines to spanish with google translate (because it doesn't have to be 100% accurate)

2. record lines in horribly translated spanish.

3. reverse audio of the clips in audacity.

4. Raise pitch.

but what i'm wondering is how much of a factor should i raise the pitch by?

anyone got any ideas?

Kerbal language is not reversed Spanish. Reversed Spanish sound a lot more different from the stuff Kerbals say.

You need an audio scrambler.

I don't know what they've said, but it isn't Spanish. This is an n-th time I've seen identical thread (the mods might really do more job around here) so I've took sounds from Squad's trailers and reversed them. It is scrambled. I don't speak Spanish, but I'm familiar with it, unlike Korean or Irish.

After recording a few clips from the promo videos and reversing the audio, it really does sound like Spanish. It doesn't make any sense, but it strongly sounds like actual Spanish vocabulary.

I've found that recorded russian and reversing it in audacity and changing pitch to 25% And it sounds just like kerbals.

I was doing this the other day, raise by about 20 percent if your using google translate.

As a dude who speaks spanish, I can confirm it's reverse and pitched up spanish.
