Recently, Slitherine Ltd has released BARIS successor Buzz Aldrin's Space Program Manager.

Now, obviously, this new game and KSP are very different, but there are elements to both could borrow from each other.

My question is: Do you see anything in Space Program Manager that could be used in KSP? Or anything that has given you inspiration for suggestions?

Side note: If you're looking for a Let's Play of the game, then check these guys out:

They know a thing or too about space trivia, and they're pretty funny too!

It looks like a good game, the two things that annoy me about it is that:

A) It is quite pricy and expensive (I am looking at the boxed version) and

B) This game only covers the first 15 years of space exploration, these guys are making a separate game 2 and game 3 to fill in the Shuttle Missions and future exploration. You will have to pay for that on top of this.

P.S This really shouldn't be here under 'Suggestions and Development Discussion', might have to be moved.

I have just bought this game myself and its looking really good, very addictive already even without the Race into Space elements introduced yet. Trying to get to the moon by 1969 is flipping tough. And personally I love the way its going to gradually grow to include the Shuttle/ISS missions and eventually Mars. I love NASA spaceflight history though so getting into this game was a no brainer for me.

and effectively suggesting plagiarism isn't nice at all, it suggests the guys at Squad don't have enough creative talent to come up with ideas of their own and have to steal those of others.

What? When did he suggest that?

On topic: OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD MUST BUY NOW--wait, no money? Aw man...

Why yes, I do really want this game. :)
