Camera shot of single Kerbonaut inside command module?

Hello,

I'm trying to take some photos/video inside KSP and have two quick questions.

1) What do I need to do to get a shot of a single Kerbonaut inside a command module. Similar to the small screens displayed on screen at the lower right, but I want that to be full screen. When I use IVA, it also always from the Kerbonaut's POV. But, I want a shot facing him.

2) How can I adjust the camera so it's not centered on the ship, but off centered?

I don't think your first one is possible given the game's mechanics right now.

Unfortunately, IVA camera controls are not implemented. It is the #1 requested feature to be added, so hopefully the mod author comes back around to update it.
