GraphTheData
I got it, trying to figure out how to save now.In the KSP parts Tool there is a readme, it touches on using the scripts and tools. Read that first. To save the config, select the internal view from the hierarchical menu on the left of the screen. Then on the right you will see an option to "save to config." Doing this will over-write the original config, create a backup.

therealcrow999
Since I am on a roll, I did one for the mk2 Lander can. I have it all done, but not going to put it up here yet. I am going to slap one in the mk1 Lander can. Here is picture of the mk2 Lander Can one. I added some buttons and switches, it looked kind of naked there:For mk1, the one spot I want to put it at, is the spot where the electrical symbol is. That is a nice size square for the MFD and the little square to right I am going to put another navball. The other navball is to help out docking when using the MFD camera. There is no room by front window to put the MFD and I don't want to move stuff around. I think a side MFD would be ok, it's better then not having on at all.
therealcrow999
OK, I finished the stock lander cans. I really don't know if anyone has done this, but here is mine.Download link:http://www./view/mltyav16l77y93j/Lander%20Cans%20MFD.cfgHere is link to Module Manager 1.5:http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/55219-Module-Manager-1-5-(Nov-11)Down below is code if you have your own MM file.mk2 lander can, I added some buttons around MFD so it didn't look so naked. I moved MFD downa a little from previous picture. This way a player could see the navball a little more for docks.mk1 can, I was originally going to put MFD to left, but FOV wouldn't allow close ups. So I opt to do it like in the picture, which I like much more. @PART[landerCabinSmall]{ MODULE { name = JSIInternalPersistence }}@INTERNAL[landerCabinSmallInternal] { MODULE { name = InternalCameraTargetHelper } PROP { name = RasterPropMonitorExampleMFD position = -0.1580254,-0.6589704,0.03204297 rotation = 0.6963642,-0.122788,0.1227875,-0.6963643 scale = 0.4741062,0.4741062,0.4741062 }}@PART[mk2LanderCabin]{ MODULE { name = JSIInternalPersistence }}@INTERNAL[landerCabinInternals] { MODULE { name = InternalCameraTargetHelper } PROP { name = ButtonSquare position = -0.09180895,-1.256952,-0.5585863 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.72,0.72,0.72 } PROP { name = ButtonSquare position = 0.09579863,-1.256952,-0.558586 rotation = 0.300706,0,0,0.9537169 scale = 0.72,0.7199999,0.7199999 } PROP { name = circularButton position = 0.03197443,-1.184795,-0.6896835 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.4692161,0.4692161,0.4692161 } PROP { name = circularButton position = -0.02317813,-1.184795,-0.689683 rotation = 0.300706,0,0,0.9537169 scale = 0.469216,0.4692159,0.4692159 } PROP { name = directionalKnob position = -0.09303076,-1.215984,-0.6161073 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 1,1,0.9999999 } PROP { name = directionalKnob position = -0.09232473,-1.238425,-0.5840582 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 1,1,0.9999999 } PROP { name = directionalKnob position = -0.09303076,-1.193448,-0.6482921 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 1,1,0.9999999 } PROP { name = RasterPropMonitorExampleMFD position = 0.002344396,-1.22814,-0.6112875 rotation = 0.4694716,0,0,-0.8829476 scale = 0.4933458,0.4933458,0.4933458 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.05893441,-1.184018,-0.6892871 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.09773386,-1.198683,-0.6683429 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.09773386,-1.212172,-0.6490777 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.09773386,-1.226266,-0.6289508 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.09773386,-1.240721,-0.6083063 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.09773386,-1.254458,-0.5886875 rotation = 0.3007058,0,0,0.953717 scale = 0.5608374,0.5608374,0.5608374 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = 0.003171142,-1.184018,-0.689287 rotation = 0.300706,0,0,0.9537169 scale = 0.560837,0.5608369,0.5608369 } PROP { name = switchWithGuards position = -0.05140191,-1.184018,-0.689287 rotation = 0.300706,0,0,0.9537169 scale = 0.560837,0.5608369,0.5608369 }}

therealcrow999
@Mihara, I kind of improved on your mk1-2 pod stock. I did two for front, I doesn't look to bad. DasBananenbrot
Well I think it will be enough for me. Bu WATCH OUT the Mk3 Cockpit mod has some lines in the part.cfg which aren't yet made compatible for 0.21 SAS system. It is quite easy to edit, just don't copy the part.cfg included in the Mk3 Cockpit mod download. Just change the line which decides which internal is used to the name of the new internal. therealcrow999
Yeah send it to me, it wouldn't hurt. I ended up making a MM file to load the internal instead of the one the modder had to overwrite file. Mihara
Do those 3 screen on bottom area work? or are they there for looks? If you're talking about the Mk3 mod cockpit, they sort of work -- they serve as InternalCameraSwitch triggers and put the camera outside the IVA.So if you're going to plaster MFDs over them, make sure to also remove those InternalCameraSwitch instances. therealcrow999
I will try to make a MM file for this one. I don't like the old mods that makes you overwrite something.
