Thyre Aerospace TA-2 Death

This is a design that I have been working on. The goal was to not have the problems of a nose heavy plane becoming tail heavy thoughout the flight. This is the latest version of the plane. It is for joystick or flight yoke only, as it has a killer pitch and roll rates that can not be turned down.

Due to the unreliable engine for exaust phyics, you may be loosing alot of speed because you are thrusting at the pieces around it.

How is the stability with what seems to be lacking of an efficient vertical stablizer?

Quite good actually. There is a vertical stablizer piece between the top and the bottom wings that makes this plane quite stable in the yaw.

I figured your first point out with the TA-1. With the original TA-1 it had a wing right behind the engines. It couldn\'t get off the ground so I put the wings in an X shape. This was also less than desirable as I had a very bad pitch control. So did a biplane and it work perfectly. That is the TA-2.

I have just finished the TA-3 Russia (as it reminds me of some russian planes for some reason) Which has 4 engines, increased stability and flys like a dream (untill you land, that is). Just need to do a little more testing then I will release it.

Ah, yes I see what you mean now.

Why not attach winglets to the ends of those vertical square pieces?

I did. I put a CS-mini on each. Its a good, compact design, which works well.l
