Also thanks to SRV Ron for these tips:

Rockets placed way high up in the air by launch clamps will tend to wobble to the point of being dropped. Move the rocket down so its first stage engines are just above the floor of the VAB.

For SRB and liquid fuel rockets. They can be fired and clamps dropped at one staging command.

For jet engine boosters, set staging to fire them first so they can spool up to full power before you stage the clamps.

Great guide!

I think you should remove "PIC HEAVY" from the title, since there's only one picture in it (and it's not even that large). :)

Haha okay, just that the entire thing was originally just a picture :P

With simpler rickets such as the one depicted, you can clamp the main/central body of the rocket directly so the radial decouplers are only supporting the boosters and not the entire rocket. Just be sure to check your staging because the game will likely insert the clamps in the wrong place!

And, of course, you can always clamp BOTH the main rocket and the boosters if you have room - advisable is your boosters are themselves very heavy.

Generally, though, this is all good advice. Nice work!
