Thrust Balancing Mod - anyone remember the name?

I remember a couple of days ago seeing a mod (don't remember if it was in releases or in development) that would attempt to balance thrust on a craft by controlling the thrust of individual engines. I can't seem to find it on search (searched terms like 'balance thrust' and 'autobalance', 'solve thrust', etc... that I remember being involved in the mod). Does anyone else remember seeing this mod?
