Drag Race [TOP SPEED CHALLENGE] - Limited fuel resources rule - Test your skills

I decided to create drag race challenge to make challenge in top speed.

Rules

Stock parts only

Race starts on runway from the loading position.

Vehicle must stop before runway end

Vehicle SHOULD NOT fly at any moment

Vehicle must have 4 wheels

Vehicle must have Command Pod Mk1

Vehicle must use only 1 FL-T400 Fuel tank - engines can use only that fuel (no solid fuel)

Vehicle SHOULD NOT use any SAS module

No boosters

Vehicle can use any engine and parts expect above restricted parts rule

Vehicle can use maximum 2 engines.

Make a screenshot of your vehicle on track before start, with the top speed and stop point.

I'm assuming these crafts would have to have the gear bays, because the other wheels break at speeds like that. And the no SAS is annoying. But I could put negative AOA wings to ground it, and winglets to steer... Oooh, I have an idea. I'll be back in a few hours.

Then Starwhip's submission is invalid, he used SRB's to slow himself down and the ASAS included in the command pod to keep himself steady

Yeah you are right. good job, now you are leading the competition

I'm trying to make work something different it actully can go with speed over 400m/s but have some problems with handling and also weakes point is breaking.

That's all I can push from that design, changing the wheel mounts to the small cubes and struts gained me about 5m/s, little bits here and there that you can cut out make all the difference, but a Mainsail is the way to go for this

I would drop it down to only 2 wings which could possibly push me near 400m/s, but then stopping is a huge issue and it's pretty unstable at times with 4 of them

Finding the right balance is a key.
