Observation Command Pod (Revised)

Ok, based on your guys thoughts, I have modified the Command Pod. I have made it from a 1.25, to a 2.5m. I have significantly extruded the middle base for more room.

I personally feel that the design is extremely fragile - the windows don't have frames or longerons to support them, much less help resist the internal atmospheric pressure once the pod is exposed to the vacuum of space. This is compounded by the 1.25m diameter, which limits the amount of internal space available for both Kerbals and load-bearing structures.

Contrast this with the Kupola from my station parts pack, which is loosely based on the ISS Cupola - larger overall size and relatively smaller windows resulting in a more structurally-sound design, while potentially offering more impressive views.

Assuming the ends are indeed 1.25m, even this base model is going to be exceptionally cramped - the center window section in your pod is far too narrow.

Alright then, 2.5m. That should make it less cramped. I will Extrude the windows alot more.

Are you going to make an IVA? Somehow I think one that matched the windows and such would look amazing!
