Favorite Parts Category?

It's very nice they added the SubAssembly category to the parts list.

But I was wondering if I could create my own category and place my favorite/most used parts there for quick and easy use.

in other words, is it possible to add another tab to the parts list, and copy / paste parts into it?

Just favorites, doesn't matter if they are Science parts, or Control parts, just a quick place to grab the most used parts.

I believe there is a mod that allows you to do something like this, although I don't remember what it is off the top of my head.
