Of course, earning them is a different thing. Complete missions, achieve objectives. Career mode, to make the accomplishment that bit more serious.

To make things more rewarding, I also use a few mods to improve realism.

P.S. you're from Belgium? I lived 3 yrs in Mons (2003-2006), my soul has remained there since then.
