I believe that Squad has told us in the past that they don't plan on adding any sort of official multiplayer functionality to the first release of the full game, though they might include it as additional content at a later date.Please keep in mind that stock multiplayer is on the What Not To Suggest list, as it's a topic that has been discussed quite a bit.
