A 'folder system' for the tracking station

When you have many flights in progress, it would be nice to make a folder and just drag a bunch of flights into it, so you can find what your looking for more easily.

kinda like the layer grouping option in Photoshop.

that way, you could have hundreds of flights, but not a massive list in the tracking station.

agreed, also the ability to keep flags deselected so i can not see all my flags everytime i open the tracking station.

and a way of renaming craft without having to go to/load them.

Flags pre-deselected are a good idea. Or better, ability to set up what will be selected by default because you may not want to see all your bases or rovers, too.

It might be also nice if we could filter the list by SOI.

That too. And bulk terminate/recovery (perhaps with warning if there's a Kerbal onboard somewhere).
