Constructable space center

A long term suggestion for career mode, for once the major core features are basically complete. Probably an optional feature, but one for those who want a more complete experience of building a space program from the ground up, literally.

Make KSC constructable, so that we start with an empty green swamp, then gradually construct the KSC complex as we go. Achieving mission success and goals, science, etc, would unlock the funding for expansion and upgrades.

Building Kennedy was as much a part of NASA's Gemini, Apollo, and Shuttle success as the craft and missions themselves.

Correct. AFAIK planned and definitely suggested two or three times before.

If this is planned, it sounds really cool! It reminds me of the Buzz Aldrin's Race Into Space/Space Program Manager, where you build the buildings before you launch. But first we would need the money implemented!

Yes! I want to see this! It would be awesome to start a new KSC at some point as well or gain control of the Komunist Space Center on the other side of Kerbin after meeting some goals!

maybe you could say start with a wooden shack and a small TV satellite dish for the tracking station and then upgrade it to give you better things like switching and discovering new planets
