I was looking in the astronaut complex today and thought about how it would be awesome to make kerbals without editing a file, and then this idea came to me:

In the Astronaut Complex there is a button(anywhere would work) that allows you to "request a kerbal" and the name you put in would be a custom named kerbal and then it randomly chooses its stats, and maybe if its already a kerbal name for example "kurt kerman" then it will load that kerbal(maybe with a chance to not hire him at that time)
