No idea, Avast's web shield apparently stopped it doing its thing, but I got a heck of a lot of Javascript's "Sure you want to run this?" warnings, which I all said no to, the last two weren't even in Vista's window format (this is one weak point in these kinds of viruses, they sometimes give you a format from a different OS).
