Taking Screen Shots

I am having a lot of trouble (i.e. making no progress) in taking screenshots in Kerbal. My laptop has a specific key for screenshots, but it just acts as if KSP is not there at all. I typically end up with a capture of my desktop (or whatever other programs I have open). I tried using the KSP screenshot capture with F1, but I don't know if they are being saved somewhere or what? Anybody know what is going on? I appreciate the help.

F2 removes the Interface, so you can make nicer screenshots.

If you have steam, you can make screenshots of steam games with F11

It's F12 for my Steam.

F1 is the default key for making screenshots in KSP. It saves them as .png files in the Screenshots folder.

O that might be it to. I can't remember the key exactly, press it automaticly.

Alright, trying to see if I can successfully upload an image.

"Victory! We have victory!" So, that is my Faramir explorer ship sent out to get gravity readings. It is currently at an orbit just beyond Minmun. I liked the shot because you can see Kerbal, Mun, and Minmun, each a location it spent some time orbiting to do some negative Gravioli detection.
