I want send probe to Jol, i do this several time before. But i was wondering how utilize gravity assist, using lets we say. Duna as gravity help, to make flight more economical.

There are no calculators that will predict a course with multiple encounters because such situations are just too rare. Would anyone want a calculator that said "the next launch window for kerbin->Jool via Duna occurs in 21 years".

The best, most convenient, way to plan these things is to establish the gravity assist encounter and then play around with a maneuver node at periapsis until you establish an orbit intercepting that of your destination. Once you have that, wait on warp until you get a close encounter you can work with.

Actually, I'd love such a calculator. For instance, when's the first window for a Kerbin-Mun assist to get to Eve, where I do a powered assist to get to Jool. That could drop over 500 m/s off the cost of flying to Laythe.

And then: when is the next window after arrival from the prior window to go home via Laythe-Tylo-Kerbin.

I recommend Kerbal Alarm Clock. It sets Dates and timers when to kill warp, so you can tell it to kill warp at the next maneuver node or when a given Planet is in the right spot.

But when it come to planetary Transfers you have to check +-1 or 2 days before the Transfer window. Because of the Inclination and Excentricities of the Planets, it is more like an estimate.
