What to do with a spare probe that's floating around.

So I got this probe floating around at a 500km orbit. (I read afterwards that it's most efficient to start from a lower orbit). I've been to mun and minmus, and I would like to go someplace new. The FL-T800 is full up to the top, and then I have 2100 Xenon gas with 4 engines. Where do you suggest I go sightseeing?

Lower would be more efficient but 500km is still pretty low. I'd say just go for it and see how far you come.

Don't expect to run those four ions at full throttle though. Four small solar panels and four RTG's won't be enough to keep them going for long.
