[Jebidiah Prototype #3]

RULES:

1. Stock parts only.

2. No infinite fuel debug cheat enabled.

3. You're allowed as many parts as you want.

4. A screenshot is required of debug console (ALT + F12) and speed.

5. Infi-gliders are NOT allowed.

6. No Mechjeb, or anything like that

Rules need to be clarified. Are we allowed to count kerbolar orbit/flyby speeds? Does the craft need to be able to come back to Kerbin? Can we do something very anti-Jeb like put one ion engine with 1000 drop tanks and make a macro to periodically press spacebar?

Um, not to be pedantic, but the entire concept of 'speed' requires that you define what the 'speed' is measured relative to. There is no abstract absolute value to measure against, therefore you must define your speed relative to something else (I think that some guy called this, or some part of it anyway, 'relativity'). So, to what do you measure your speed relative?
