I've spotted a KSC 3.

I was flying my Aeris? 3A And i saw a 3rd KSC. Theres the one far far away, But theres also one right across the SPH Runway and if you launch your rocket you can see it so clear, Even from far distances!

That was old KSC, Back before we had a Runway. It is now Decomissioned, and *AFAIK" Has the old big red tower. It will probably serve as a "Museum" of the KSC's Evolution.

Its surrounded by mountains?

No, this is the KSC2, it believe it has been around since about 0.15 and is on the other side of the planet

There's a dirt runway, and some hangars, and a control tower.

Nah, it's been there since 0.18. Only recently it got overhauled in 0.22 to look better.

I dare you to find KSC2. Or if you know it already, then whatever.
