The SB-23A is an orbital bomber which I am currently working on. Its design was originally based on the Y-Wing though it is now aesthetically quite different while still filling the heavy hitter role. With almost 2000m/s of dV and 8 Hornet-3 Missiles it carries the firepower of a ship twice its size while remaining fast and agile enough to evade incoming fire. It is more heavily armoured than most strike craft and has the capability to land on small planets up to the size of Duna. The prototype is currently in the streamlining and refinement stage to reduce weight and part count.
