Carreer mode rescue mission, What should i do?

I've recently achieved a stable orbit in career mode, But poor billl (possibly bob) is out of fuel orbiting kerbin, And i don't have enough technology to make a refueling station and dock them. I don't even have any Clamp-O-Trons. So how would i rescue him. It's gonna be hard getting his orbit, And to catch up. He has crew reports and EVA Reports and their valuable in science so i can't terminate him.

You can put two Mk1 pods in a tandem arrangement, with a small tank and engine, you won't need RCS for this as Bill (Bob?) will have to EVA over with the science.

Launch when he's just transitioning from the desert area to the sea to the west of the KSC continent, and you'll not be too far away once in orbit

Your best bet is to launch a ship with at least one empty seat, rendezvous and 'spacewalk' Bill to enter the new ship. Just don't forget to take all science data with him (right click capsule or experiment).

Another option is to cheat and edit your persistent.sfs

A rendezvous is the only real choice you have. They aren't hard - just send a ship with two capsules (or one capsule and a probe core - make sure you have power for the probe though!) and EVA bill over.

Although there is another, more tedious and more dangerous method... get out and push. Align your ship pointing retrograde, EVA the Kerbal and use his backpack to press him up against the engine. This will gradually lower your orbit. Be careful not to run out of EVA fuel or you won't be able to get back into your ship! (use F5 a lot)

Do the pushing at Apoapsis to lower your Periapsis until it's in the atmosphere. 60k is enough for air resistance to eventually take you back in after multiple passes (depending on how large an orbit you got).

The rescue ship is the more professional/legit option though.

I didn't even think to send a rocket with 2 command pods! Thank you i'll try Sal_vager's idea, Then the other two if it dosent work on the first try!

Don't forget the parachute! Two pods will be heavier and land harder, but pods are pretty tough

Luckily! Bill is actually pointing right at the KSC continent, This should be easy! All i got to do is (get stable orbit possibly or just go straight up)

I've never done a rescue mission before, Is there a way to Extreme EVA? if so please tell me.

Okay, I'll try the push. If i don't get the rescue mission right. If i don't get it right, I'll have to do the alternative because my window for rescuing him right now is closing fast, He's orbiting faster than i can get to space.

YES! THE EXTREME EVA WORKED! I EVA-ED him SAFELY TO KERBIN. Now to wait for his capsule to hopefully come back down if the science isn't with bill
