New 2.5m landing pod.

My god the 2.5m landing pod is ugly. The 1.25m pod is much better but is smaller, and only fits 1 kerbal.

We need a new 2.5m landing pod!

I think it's perfectly fine the way it is. It fits well with the overall grey style of the fuel tanks.

I think rather 1.25m landing pod's instrument panel needs redesineing. In the 2.5m pod there is only 3 instruments, but the necessary by the window in order. The panel of 1.25m landing pod is a insane mess. It is impossible to land using IVA, becasuse the needed instruments cannot bee seen in one screen!

the pods are fine. If anything needs improving it's the resolution of the textures on the 2.5m fuel tanks, but that'd probable induce quite a bit of lag and I'd not want that tradeoff.

"perfectly fine" might be a bit mutch, it is adequate. it isnt in the same style as the tanks IMO either, it is rounder and uses a different colour scheme.

AFAK a remodel is planned, probbably with a saner hatch placement.

What we need is a dedicated 2 man pod (something like the Gemini spacecraft).

I would like to see a light one-manned 2.5 meter landing pod. The Cupola is a great part, but it's quite heavy, and a lighter one for one-manned landers would be a nice addition.
