UFO Can someone explain?

Hi I found this video a while ago and I'm just wondering what exactly it's showing.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pMPr_S8evc

I'm no expert but if it were a meteor then yeah it may split in two but one bit flashes then appears to accelerate while the other one doesn't and appears to maintain velocity. Using my imagination I think (because I want it to be an alien spacecraft) an alien spacecraft came into orbit around Earth and dropped off another craft which it then rapidly accelerated off to either its home world or an outpost. So a possible answer to this video would be enlightening.

Many thanks.

P.S. Sorry if I'm doing anything wrong with this post.

It's as much an alien space craft as the smurf having a joyride on a winged unicorn.

The video is low quality, something which is a great tool to make "UFO" videos. We live in a time where HD cameras, or at least sharp cameras, are on every phone and these videos still fail to get a crisp picture.

To guess on what it is; it might be some fireworks or it could be digitally edited.

It's the upper stage from a Chinese CZ-4C rocket burning up in the atmosphere, specifically the one used to launch Yaogan Weixing-17 on September 1st last year. A bunch of people have already gone onto that video and pointed it out, which is what he's referring to in the description.
