Nice. I did that on a rescue mission once, when I realized I didn't have enough fuel to make orbit on my lander. So I landed a probe controlled fuel tank with a docking port right on top.

Jeb will dispute the claim with the insurance company. He'll claim that he put the rocket in a perfectly circular orbit and he did a jetpack back to space to catch that rocket and return it safely to Kerbin. And since Jeb is Jeb - who could possibly dispute that. 8-)
