Community Space Station

Lets make a community based space station. You, the community, submit files of space station parts and I will assemble them! Why? Well... why not?

Rules:

Maximum part limit 40 ( I am a bit lax, if it's 60 parts and looks awesome I may use it )

If you provide a launch stage make sure it has the ability to go to at maximum Geo-Synchronous orbit.

Mods are allowed but you must post what mods you are running on it, it's ok if you use stock parts

No Life support or deadly reentry parts.

You must post good picture(s) of the craft at several angles and describe it a little bit.

First part: The core, we will decide the best one out of whatever is submitted.

I recommend several things:

1. Part limit is too high. 5 modules, and the station will contain 500 parts. This will bring many computers to their knees. A maximum of 50 is more considerate of everyone, and WELL within reasonable design parameters, especially with mods.

2. I have been waiting on a collaborative effort that uses mods! I think that the mods list should be agreed upon BEFORE construction of the first module. This will ensure compatibility.

3. Will this be a fileshare effor that includes something like dropbox?

It shall be in dropbox .

I personally don't mind what mods you use for the space core, just address what mods you are using in the core part. I have most the major part mods Novapunch, KW, Kosmos, Kethane, B9, Interstellar. But we should agree to major Space Station parts. Like the core.

What do you think? This Core is light, 14t, and is 30 parts. The mods I am using are B9 aerospace, mechjeb, KW Rocketry, and the rest are stock!

Tadaa, at last I got some time to upload some pics of the core I would like to suggest! It's called the Titan Core (but can ofcourse be named like anything you want) and looks like this:

Do you have any docking port standards, for example, "Only use the normal Clamp-O-Tron Docking Port", or "Only use the big Clamp-O-Tron for the core"?

When attaching smaller things like crew ferrys, small escape pods, Solar panels it will use the Normal Clamp O Tron docking port. For larger things like science modules, Life support modules, extensions of the space station of itself wil use the larger one.
