How do I post pictures after I upload it to somewhere?

That's what I thought, it just never works for me, it doesn't so the picture, just a little white box.

Before you use the [noparse][/noparse] tags you first must upload your images somewhere. Photobucket, imgur, any images hosting will do. Linking images directly from your PC will NOT work!

No offense if you already know this but you'd be surprised how many people try to share images directly from their PC's.

You also need a direct link to the image, most usually ending in an image file extension and, when opened in a browser, displaying *only* the image and absolutely nothing else.

Ok, will reentry as soon as I'm using a device that that can actually copy the URL. (No that wasn't the original problem)

Until recently, there have been no issues with my Flickr images being visible in the KSP forums. Now, however, they do not show up in new posts (but they remain in old posts). I'm testing it here, using the "Insert Image" tool in the toolbar above the post field.

First, using a URL of an image I've posted in the forum before:

I see a small blue box with a question mark.

Next, using the HTML/BB code:

The text of the action is shown, rather than the image.

I'll look for the same image already at the forum and provide the link here using the "Link Tool":

I suspect that a change to the way the forum handles images (at least Flickr) has occurred, since the first image of the other forum post is showing and is the same image as the other examples should be, and they aren't showing. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: I'll now use a never before posted image, just in case that is an issue, using the prompted URL in "Insert Image" tool:

I get the same kind of blue box icon, at least in my browser (Safari, latest).

HTML is disabled on the forum, so that won't work. However, flickr isn'T giving a direct link to the image, that'S the problem. As FEichinger said, if your url doesn't end in an image extension, it's not going to work.
