Mecha legs

Just wondering are there any mods out there which add mecha legs to the game? just thinking it would be an interesting alternative to wheels? I think i saw a mod that gives you tank treads to use but i'd like to be able to create a 2,4,6 or 8 legged mech to crawl around on the mun.

You could try damned robotics, you may need to do some tweaking to get them to work this way though
